About this role
Dishwashers will be responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, monitoring the Dishwasher temperature, placing clean dishware in appropriate kitchen area, sweeping and scrubbing floors, preparing (without cooking) various foods to be cooked or served, and sorting and removing trash. Dishwashers also will be responsible for setting up three (3) compartment sinks, conducting inventory of the China and silver, and reporting any unsafe kitchen conditions to Supervisor. Must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Schedule: 40 hours per week.
