Guest requests are limited to basic service support such as providing extra napkins, utensils, condiments, silverware, bread, butter, crackers, refilling water/nonalcoholic beverages, retrieving high chairs/booster seats, clearing finished dishes/glassware, directing guests to common areas, and relaying special requests to the server or kitchen. Tools/equipment: serving trays, bus tubs, water pitchers, beverage carafes, condiment caddies, cleaning cloths, sanitizer. POS entry is only under direct server supervision after the server takes the order; worker does not independently take orders or process payments. Work occurs in private club dining rooms, poolside/beach service areas, and banquet/event rooms.…
