About this role
Food and Beverage Team Leads will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations in Resort business units in cooperation with the manager, including assisting with supervising, and training of staff. Will be responsible for supervising and assisting in the setup of the food service area, restocking, and performing food preparation and food service duties when needed (including cooking, prepping, dishwashing, and hosting). Will be responsible for transporting staff and supplies to and from the work facility, overseeing cleaning of the lodge F&B area, opening and closing building, coordinating special events, directing weekly meetings, supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, and assisting with liquor control.…
