About this role
Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for assisting the Director and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in ensuring smooth operations of the Club’s dining rooms, banquet rooms, bars, and other Food & Beverage outlets. Will assist in facilitating training by providing input, planning lessons, and teaching the applicable topics; motivating team members to stay current with knowledge of menus and beverages; and ensuring member satisfaction by visiting each table in the dining room, ensuring that service, food, and beverages are exemplary, and rectifying any complaints or other challenges.…
