About this role

Food & Beverage Team Leads will be responsible for training workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation and safety procedures, supervising and participating in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities, assigning duties, responsibilities and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements, monitor food services operations to ensure that procedures are followed and communicate with patrons to ensure satisfaction. May supervise up to ten (10) Hosts/Cashiers and Bussers. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours and may include up to 12-hour shifts for special events. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.…
