Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor. Duties may vary from time to time.
Food Preparation Worker: Duties may vary from time to time at the supervisors’ discretion and will be concurrent with other farmworker schedules. Workers will perform duties to prepare food at on-farm kitchen facilities to be consumed by farmworkers under other H-2A job orders. Workers will prepare three meals a day in compliance with H-2A regulations and to ensure balanced nutrition for the farmworkers. Workers’ may be required to cut, slice, mince, defrost, wash, peel, blend, prepare, sauté, fry, broil, cook and serve a variety of foods including meats, vegetables, or desserts.…
