About this role
Food Runners will be responsible for efficiently transporting food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to members and guests. Will collaborate with the culinary team and expeditor to set up and maintain the mise en place for dinner service, ensuring all necessary items are prepared and organized including buffet items and set up. Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff, servers, and the Front of House Manager to confirm orders and relay any special instructions or modifications. Will verify each order against the kitchen ticket to ensure accuracy before delivery to the table.
