About this role
Ensure a welcoming environment for guests while maintaining organization and cleanliness in the service area. Opening duties include preparing the cash register, counting the drawer, completing the cashier report, preparing coffee, and ensuring that all machines and service areas are clean and ready. Customer service duties include greeting guests, taking customer orders at the counter, processing payments, and serving food and beverages to customers at their tables. Restock chip bags, silverware containers, napkins, straws, to-go bags, cups, lids, and trays. Replenish the condiment bar with sauces, cups, water, and utensils. Refill and rotate smoothie mixes, sauces, half & half, whipped cream, and refreshments in all designated fridges. Take out the trash promptly when it is full.…
