About this role
Landscape or maintain grounds of properties. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: Operate mechanized equipment such as lawn mowers, tractor-mounted mowers and bush hogs to mow grass/clear brush; edge/trim, remove litter. Load/unload equipment. Diagnose/make routine repairs to equipment as needed. Must exercise independent judgment; may be asked to demonstrate tasks to other employees but position does not include supervision of other workers.
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire random, post-accident and upon suspicion of use drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers.…
