About this role
Shovel snow, grounds maintenance, such as litter cleanup and winterization of irrigation systems, and other duties as assigned related to facilities maintenance, such as clearing facilities of sticks, leaves, snow, or related debris. Potential for fall and spring clean-up, including raking, mulching, and composting of leaves, removal of dead plant material, mowing, perennial plant cutbacks, landscape bed mulching, and dormant pruning from the ground level. De-icing and removal of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties, using hand tools such as snow brooms, shovels, and spreading de-icing solutions, including calcium chloride or rock salt by hand. May also use walk behind electric or gas snow blowers, as needed.…
