Duties may include: Under supervision, perform manual labor to gather and bale pine straw using hand tools such as rakes, pitchforks, brush cutters, and shovels. Bale pine straw, tie bales, load and unload. Rake pine straw and feed through machines in order to produce large round bales. The type of property on which the worker will perform the tasks consists primarily of privately owned land tracts utilized for the collection of pine straw.
