About this role
Lead and assist with organized recreational activities and guided outdoor tours for guests, including e-bike, bicycle or similar outdoor excursions along established routes. Manage group pacing and guest well-being; respond calmly to changing conditions. Provide safety orientations and monitor proper use of activity equipment. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner and promote participation in scheduled activities. Coordinate daily activity schedules with guest services staff. Set up, maintain, and clean activity areas and wellness spaces. Monitor activity areas for safety and report maintenance or safety concerns to management. Demonstrate activity procedures and provide task-based guidance to seasonal staff during activities.…
