About this role
Perform detailed housekeeping duties including replenishing linens, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts, while keeping carts and storage areas clean and organized. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, lounges, restrooms, and common areas; emptying waste containers and transporting trash to disposal areas; vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing rugs, carpets, floors, and furniture; and washing windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork as needed. Maintain awareness of guest privacy and property, promptly reporting any damage, theft, or found items to a supervisor. Assist with deep cleaning projects during shoulder seasons.
