About this role
The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the department by ensuring cleanliness of the property in accordance with the Gasparilla Inn & Club standards. This position is considered a non-management position and functions as a room supervisor inspector and will supervise housekeeping laundry employees. Coordinates room readiness with front office and maintenance departments for guest arrivals and service requests. Conducts property, out of service, VIP and cleaned rooms to ensure quality standards are achieved. Inspects Public Areas of the property by golf cart, and inspects and supervises the turndown housekeeping shift and employees. Will contribute knowledge and information to the employee performance evaluations.…
