About this role

Kitchen staff workers will be expected to stock stations with utensils, napkins, trays, condiments, etc., and will assist wait staff. Workers will clear tables, clean, and prepare tables for the next customers. Workers will clean and sanitize various areas of the restaurant and kitchen. Workers will clean and wash dishes. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, work in a hot kitchen environment, etc., as necessary to perform all job duties. Training will last 1 less than 1 week, not 1 month. Training will cover food safety and job duties. Working times (shifts) each week / day may vary, but will always comply with H-2B Visa program requirements and labor laws. Works will work shifts beginning as early as 9:00am and ending as late as 11:00pm.…
