About this role
Duties may include: Care for established lawns by mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, aerating, weeding, raking, and removing thatch, leaves, litter, and debris. Follow planned landscaping designs for installation of trees, shrubs, foliage, sod, flowers and irrigation systems. Haul or spread topsoil. Prune or trim trees, shrubs, foliage and deadhead flowers. Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto trees, shrubs, foliage or lawns using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders. Water lawns, trees, or plants, using hoses and portable sprinkler systems. Maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems. Provide proper upkeep to planters, sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes or pruning shears and pruning saws.…
