About this role
Duties may include: Shovel snow and grounds maintenance including de-icing and removal of snow from walks, driveways, and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties using shovel and snow blower. Distribute de-icing solutions. Fall and spring cleanup involves winterizing and de-winterizing sprinkler systems. Will not operate a snow plow & other related Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org). Standard/Expected Schedule: Monday - Sunday 5:00AM-10:00AM. Offering 35+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. Possible weekend/holiday work.…
