LANDSCAPE OR MAINTAIN GROUNDS OF PROPERTY USING HAND OR POWER TOOLS OR EQUIPMENT. WORK TIPICALLY PERFORM A VARIETY OF TASKS, WHICH MAY INCLUDE ANY COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING: SOD LAYING. MOWING, TRIMMING, PLANTING, WATERING, FERTILIZING, DIGGING, RAKING, SPRINKLER, INSTALLATION OF MORTARLESS SEGMENTAL CONCRETE MASONRY WALL UNITS AND ANY OTHER RELATED TASKS.
PERFORM PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS LIFT, BALANCE, WALK, STOOP, HANDLE POSITION, MOVE, MANIPULATE MATERIAL USE STATIC STRENGHT TO EXERT MAXIMUN MUSCLE FORCE TO LIFT, PUSH, PULL, CARRY OBJECTS UP TO 75 LBS. ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE WILLING, QUALIFIED TO PERFORM WORK DESCRIBED AND MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE ENTIRE PERIOD SPECIFIED AND WORK THROUGHOUT ALL AREAS OF INTENDED EMPLOYMENT.
