About this role
Workers will perform duties associated with and directly related to pine straw harvest, Including but not limited to, choosing 7 rows of pines, picking up sticks and using a rake to rake the straw and make a large pile, then bailing the pine straw and compating the straw with a shovel. The employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the job at no cost to the worker. In order to perform the tasks the worker will utilize essential tools such as but not limited to: Pine straw rake, pitchfork, shovel, leaf blowers, box baler, bailing twine, work gloves, eye and hearing protection, sturdy work boots.
