About this role
Lifestyle Concierges will be responsible for providing assistance to members, including greeting members and by providing personalized services such as helping with apparel, racquets, footwear, accessories, and special orders. Promote racquet sports programs, clinics, events, lessons, and special activities to encourage member participation. Will handle private lesson bookings and update appointments accurately using the club’s digital scheduling platform. Maintain merchandise presentation standards, restock inventory, and support the overall appearance and organization of the tennis pro shop. Will provide a welcoming concierge presence within the fitness center and serve as the first point of contact for members and guests visiting the fitness and spa facilities.…
