About this role
Provide exceptional nail services to guests in Spa. Services include manicures, pedicures and specialty treatments. Provide a personalized experience to guests, ensure workspace is always clean, stocks supplies in work stations and salon closet, greet and return guests at Spa lounge in a timely, professional manner, provide a pre-service consultation, adhere to strict guidelines for salon and equipment sanitation, participate in guest and team member Spa events, attend team meetings, instruct guests in the use of the nail care and body products and provide retail items for sale if interested, assist in other areas as needed and adhere to company and Spa policies and procedures. Maintain an active Florida Nail Technician license.
