About this role
Position offered is for an experienced winter season laborer with a minimum of three (3) months job-related experience who is able to work with and model company winter season methods and procedures with up to 3 peers, with duties to include new winter foliage and plant installation (evergreens, hollies, etc.); trimming of trees and bushes from the ground; raking and cleaning up ground, leaf, and leftover debris removal; disposal of brush, limbs, and trees; retention pond cleanouts; winterizing plants and trees to protect from freezes; winter maintenance of yards with drainage control; perennial rye grass installation, application and fertilization, annual winter color installs; perennial cutbacks, pruning, and dead heading; property wide mulch installation, application and fertilization t…
