About this role
Monitor guest and member activities at recreational facility, including pool, fitness, lounge, and common recreation areas, to ensure compliance with facility rules and safe use of equipment and amenities. Provide administrative assistance to members and guests by checking membership cards, confirming reservations, answering questions regarding facility services, schedules, and activities, and assisting with guest check-in procedures. Arrange and restock merchandise such as towels, snacks, beverages, apparel, and recreational supplies in designated display and storage areas. Maintain records of reservations, guest attendance, and equipment usage using basic computer systems and office equipment. Distribute recreational equipment and supplies and collect items after use.…
