The cleaning of restrooms are basic in nature, and incidental to a restaurant support staff worker. Specific duties involve wiping down counters that have too much water on it using paper towels, looking in the cupboards to check stock of toilet paper and putting toilet paper or paper towels in the dispensers if they are empty, and if the floor looks wet, wipe it with a dry mop in order to dry the surface for guest safety. Preparation of desserts is also basic in nature, and incidental to a restaurant support staff worker. Specific duties involve cutting the cakes into slices using a cake cutter and putting the slices on plates, as well as scooping pre-cooked desserts or ice cream into bowls using a spoon.
