About this role
Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting-up the dining areas, taking and placing guest orders, carrying trays and plates, serving/running food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Additional duties include providing service in a la carte dining, special events, banquet functions, outdoor dining areas, and poolside service, including assisting with event and banquet setup and breakdown, arranging tables and service stations, serving/running food and beverages at functions, preparing and serving beverages as assigned, and supporting overall service flow in all dining areas.
