Servers will be mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on the same shift. Workers in this position will be doing both tasks frequently. “Setting up and breaking down events” - this consists of setting up tables, chairs, and the dining area for events. This includes but is not limited to moving chairs and setting up silverware, centerpieces, and name plates on tables. No additional tools/equipment/materials are needed to perform these duties.
