About this role
Maintain full knowledge of all menu items, beverage items, and wines. Prepare work area for opening, mid-shift, and/or closing duties. Prepare and serve beverages, including those that contain alcohol. Consistently check food orders for accuracy prior to delivering to the table. Follow posted side work during shifts and during non-busy hours. Understand food allergies and communicate when needed. Follow proper food handling procedures per Riverside County Food Handler Certification. Support a safe working environment at all times. Keep products well stocked and organized. Input all food and beverage orders into Jonas for member accounts to be charged. Report to work as scheduled, in uniform, clocked in, and ready to be in position.
