“Occasional set-up and/or breaking down of events” - this consists of moving and positioning dining tables and ballroom chairs according to floor plans, relocating buffet tables within the dining room to and from adjacent storage areas, setting up beverage stations (e.g., with drink dispensers and drinkware), and returning tables, chairs, and equipment to storage area following events.
“Tools, equipment, and materials used” – this includes chair dollies (rolling carts for stacked ballroom chairs) and table movers (rolling table carts), with remaining items moved by manually lifting and carrying. No power tools or mechanized equipment are used.
