About this role
1. Greet members, customers and guests
2. Set up the dining areas, take and place orders
3. Carry trays and plates, serving food and beverages
4. Clean and clear tables.
5. Assist in other guest service activities for members, customers and guests related to food and beverage which may occur in non-traditional settings such as a poolside area, beach cabana, or private event space. These tasks include:
• Delivering and presenting food and drink orders to guests at outdoor dining locations, such as poolside lounge chairs or beachside tables.
• Setting up and breaking down temporary service stations for beverage or appetizer service during special events.
