About this role
Server/Bartenders will be responsible for greeting customers, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, cleaning and clearing tables, and setting up the dining rooms and buffets for regular service, meetings, and events by setting up buffet warmers by setting out food prepared by the kitchen; turning on soup kettles; turning on plate warmers; setting up coffee machines; arranging tables and chairs; and setting out butter, glassware, dishware, and linens.
