About this role
Workers will perform winter property maintenance services for commercial and residential properties. Workers will remove snow and ice from sidewalks, entryways, driveways, pathways, and parking areas using hand tools such as shovels and walk-behind snow blowers. No work will be performed on highways or municipal roads. Workers will apply salt and other de-icing materials to prevent hazardous conditions. Duties include clearing walkways, spreading ice melt, and performing general winter storm cleanup to ensure safe access to properties. Workers will prepare for snow events by organizing and stocking materials, including loading and distributing supplies such as bags of ice melt.
