About this role
Shovel snow in residential parking lots, drive-ways, and sidewalks using power-driven devices such as snow blowers or hand tools such as shovels, grounds maintenance, such as litter cleanup and winterization of irrigation systems, and other duties as assigned related to facilities maintenance, such as clearing facilities of leaves, snow, or debris using hand tools or power equipment including but not limited to rakes, shovels, and snow/leaf blowers. Potential for fall and spring grounds clean-up, including raking, mulching, and composting of leaves, removal of dead plant material, perennial plant cutbacks, landscape bed mulching, and dormant pruning from the ground level.…
