About this role
Shovel and plow snow using hand tools and powered equipment for walk behind clearing in parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks, grounds maintenance, such as litter cleanup, and other duties as assigned related to facilities maintenance, such as clearing roads and facilities of leaves, snow, or debris using hand tools or power equipment including but not limited to rakes, shovels, and snow/leaf blowers. Irrigation system winterization and activation. Potential for fall and spring clean-up, including raking, mulching, and composting of leaves, removal of dead plant material, perennial plant cutbacks, dormant pruning, leaf removal and landscape bed mulching. Operate a snow blower on parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks.…
