About this role
Duties: Welcome/direct guests in warm and courteous manner; Maintain inventory of all items placed in Spa; Maintain and rotate an adequate supply of clean linen and towels; Deliver linen and other items as needed; Keep all areas of the Spa, including storage areas, clean/organized; Perform daily cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities; Report any damaged or missing items or maintenance repair needs to management; Ensure that access to facility by authorized Spa guests is safe and secure at all times; Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously; Ensure complete guest satisfaction; Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment; Report to Management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the Spa that require at…
