The Stewards will prep, move, and set up the warmers, chaffing dishes, utensils, stenos, stand-up warmers, cambros, etc., for functions within the property by hand, hand carts, or electric carts.
The Stewards will break down the function space and clean the equipment used for the function (warmers, chafing dishes, utensils, Sterno burners, stand-up warmers, Cam bros, etc.) using dishwashing machines, pressure washers, burnishing machines, brooms, and mops. The Stewards will also clean equipment in restaurants and kitchens, such as food warmers, chill boxes, speed racks, grills, portable freezers, and gas burners, using handwashing, dishwashing machines, and pressure washers.…
