About this role
Support Staff will be responsible for providing friendly and welcoming service to members and taking orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing member inquiries. They will help ensure that members have exceptional experience during their stay and assist in greeting members upon arrival. They will assist in food preparation at the final stages, which includes adding ramekins of sauces or ketchup to customer’s plates. Support Staff must ensure all health and safety standards are met while maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas. They will aid in restocking supplies as needed. Support Staff will assist in cleaning tables, dishes, pots, and pans and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.…
