About this role
Server:
• 5 openings. Employer will offer a minimum of 35hrs/wk. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain or drought may affect working hours. Example of scheduled shifts: 8a-3p & 3p-10p.
• Wage: $18.74/HR., based on merit and past experience. Overtime hours over 40 hours/WK, if available is paid at 1.5 times the base rate at $28.11/HR. Tip position. Allowed tip credit applied per FLSA guidelines to meet offered wage.
• Additional compensation such as raises and bonus may be available based on individual factors including, tenure, experience/skills and work performance.
