Waiters/Waitresses will greet members and guests, present menus, answer questions about menu items, make recommendations upon request, take food and beverage orders, record orders for transmittal to kitchen staff, prepare checks that itemize meal costs and sales taxes, collect payments, check patrons' identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for the consumption of alcoholic beverages, serve food and beverages to patrons, prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required, prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks, chill bottles of wine, refill beverages, check with members and guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct problems if needed, clear and wipe down tables and counters after patrons have finished dining, and perform other related du…
