About this role

Perform a variety of duties to plan and provide safe and effective fitness and wellness programming for guests. Duties include: Assess individuals’ abilities and develop, instruct, and adapt exercise and activity programs accordingly. Observe participants and provide corrective guidance, alternatives, and injury-aware modifications. Teach proper equipment use, safety rules, breathing techniques, and exertion levels. Organize classes, activities, and events for fitness and recreation. Adjust workout programs and provide variations to address injuries or muscle soreness. Perform other similar, related tasks as needed. No minimum education required. Experience must be verifiable. Must be available to work split-shifts, nights, weekends & holidays as needed. Minimum 35 hrs/week.…
