About this role
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, grading, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Workers will also perform winterization tasks such as winter cutbacks on perennials and plants in order to properly prepare lawn or landscape for winter weather and new growth in the Spring. Maintain irrigation systems, including winterizing the systems before temperatures drop below freezing to prevent damage.
Workers must have ability to lift 60 pounds. Workers must be able to bend and stoop for extended periods.
