About this role
Employees will keep the outside of both private commercial buildings (office buildings, retail centers, etc.) and residential buildings in clean and orderly condition by removing snow and leaves from sidewalks, driveways, yards, or parking areas, using snow shovels, snow blowers, leaf blowers, rakes, ice chippers, or salt spreaders; gather and empty trash and debris by hand or with a trash picker; fall/winter storm cleanup including clearing debris from grounds; and dormant tree/shrub winter pruning. May be asked to drive a crew vehicle to job sites if the worker already possesses a valid, noncommercial driver’s license; however, a driver’s license is not a condition of employment.
