Job Title Industrial Automation & Machine Learning Engineer Position Overview Shaw Industries is seeking an Industrial Automation and Machine Learning Engineer to develop and scale software and data solutions that connect our production floor to actionable insights across our Commercial manufacturing division. This role focuses on industrial automation, manufacturing data, and OT system integration, supporting multiple plants and enabling operational excellence at scale. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing automation and industrial systems—including PLCs, SCADA, and industrial networking—along with experience building manufacturing applications using platforms such as Ignition and Machine Learning.…
