[What the role is] [LTA-RAOM] MANAGER, ASSET ENGINEERING (POWER & SERVICES) [What you will be working on] You are responsible for managing a team and ensuring that rail assets are safe, reliable, maintainable, and available throughout their lifecycle. Your role combines asset management, maintenance management, safety, and operational performance oversight. You will work closely with the Rail Operators to develop good ground knowledge of the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) issues to ensure that the Rail Operators’ O&M experience can be fed back to LTA’s design Divisions to facilitate the continual improvement of the design of Singapore’s Rail Transit System’s (RTS) lines for flexibility of operations and maintainability.…
