About this role

[What the role is] You will be the technical personnel in Commercial Asset Management Department of Properties & Land Group, in charge of several commercial complexes, focusing on safety, building audit and Facilities Management innovation. [What you will be working on] You will be involved in management and maintenance matters – inspections and taking over of new HDB commercial properties, processing of renovation applications, reinstatement works, vacancy maintenance, defects management, carry out upgrading of commercial premises, monitor progress schedule and incident reporting.
