Job Description Technical Leadership - Lead the Structures discipline across India and GDC for B+C. - Provide technical direction on complex structural engineering assignments. - Establish engineering best practices and design standards. - Ensure technical excellence across all structural deliverables. - Ensure the on-time delivery, quality compliance, budget adherence and client satisfaction Business Development Partner with business to: - Support proposals and bids. - Prepare technical methodologies. - Develop fee estimates. - Participate in client presentations. - Support key pursuits. - Build client confidence through technical leadership. - Identify new business opportunities within Buildings & Cities.
