Job Description – Quantity Surveyor II | Gurgaon Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management , or a related discipline. 5–10 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Commercial Management, preferably within buildings, infrastructure, or urban development projects . Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities for civil and construction works. Undertake measurement and valuation of works and review contractor submissions, interim payment applications, and final accounts.
