Summary Responsible for managing and overseeing the mechanical and electrical systems within the assigned building/facility, ensuring reliable operation, preventive maintenance, statutory compliance and effective delivery of M&E services. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of M&E systems, including ACMV, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and other building services. Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure system reliability and minimise breakdowns.
