Roles and responsibilities: - Supervise and verify works carried out by contractors and service providers, including planning and overseeing addition, alteration, and renovation (A&A) works. Obtain quotations, coordinate procurement, and arrange rectification works with term and appointed contractors. Monitor and ensure contractors' works are completed in accordance with contract specifications, safety, and quality standards. Conduct daily inspections of building facilities, systems, and equipment to ensure operational reliability and compliance.
