Job Summary Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, repair or replace faulty equipment, and ensure optimal system performance Testing and Diagnostics: Run tests, analyze results, and diagnose problems to prevent system failures Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment faults to minimize downtime. Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system diagnostics. Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports. Work closely with team members and contractors to support maintenance operations.
