We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Warping and Knitting manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and on-time delivery while leading a high-performing production team. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily warping and knitting operations. Ensure production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are achieved. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor KPIs including OEE, scrap, downtime, and productivity. Develop and mentor supervisors and production teams. Partner with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.…
